In 2020 research company NFP Synergy, and in particular Claire Bennett carried out some independent research for HVMN looking at the topic of the impact of volunteers and volunteer management on hospices, with a particular view on the impact of the pandemic on hospice volunteering and the challenges and opportunities that have arisen from it.
